Last year I sat the potted plants that I inherited from friends on some bricks in the main flower bed (see below).

I liked the mix of containers and plants in the ground so I decided to grab a few Begonias on sale at the nursery for .99 each.

They give some nice contrast to the garden and they should stay pretty until winter.

Pass Over

Some dear friends of mine were moving to another city and they couldn’t take all of their plants with them. Lucky me! I became the new owner of a number of their potted plants. These two beautiful pink begonias were in full bloom when they were passed over to me.
